Lenah’s journey working with small businesses started in 2013 when she founded gHawk Accounting, a Banbury, UK based accountancy practice that helps small and medium-sized businesses with their bookkeeping, payroll, tax returns, accounting, and business development needs. She has helped hundreds of businesses set up efficient accounting systems, meet their compliance obligations and save thousands of pounds in tax.
While running her practice Lenah noticed that many business owners did not structure their businesses correctly or understand the information contained in their financial statements, therefore, missing numerous opportunities to reach their goals faster. This led to her starting educational classes and a coaching program that allowed her to work closely with business owners to help them achieve their highest potential.

Lenah has a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Birmingham, A Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kenyatta University and is a fellow of both The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA), and The Association of International Accountants (AIA). Lenah Lives in Banbury, Oxfordshire with her husband and their 3 children. They enjoy camping in the summer, walks in the countryside and an occasional game of golf.
